Matt Dixon joined Capital Investment Realty in 2021 and has been a licensed sales agent since 2014. Specializing in investment sales and office brokerage, Matt represents investors in the acquisition and disposition of investment assets as well as representing occupiers in leasing office, medical and industrial space. Matt is also a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio since 2002 and draws upon his extensive legal background to assist clients with understanding their rights and liabilities throughout the sales and/or leasing process. Matt also provides invaluable advice and guidance to his clients in development transaction.

Matt’s clients range from fast-growing startups to regional and national firms. He has successfully completed projects ranging from 1,000 SF to 100,000 SF for clients such as Lane Aviation, Nippon Life Insurance Company, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Spectrum Retirement Communities, Northwest Title Family of Companies and Chesapeake Realty among others.

Matt employs a proven method and process to ensure results that are aligned with his client’s objectives. This process allows his clients to save time and focus on their core business while relying on a trusted advocate to maximize value in their commercial real estate transaction.

Matt has recently served as the Chair of the Commercial Advisory Board for Columbus Realtors as well as serving on their Board of Directors. Matt is currently a director for the Ohio Association of Realtors. Prior to establishing his commercial real estate practice, Matt practiced law at a boutique commercial real estate law firm where he represented private equity firms, developers, financial institutions as well as landlords and tenants in real estate transactions including investment sales, syndications, leasing and finance-related issues.
