Julie Kemp is the founder, President and Principal Broker of Capital Investments Realty. She launched her brokerage after 18 years in the real estate industry. Julie brings to her company a diverse background in both commercial and residential real estate, along with an in-depth knowledge of title insurance.

Julie is a multi-skilled professional with more than 22 years in sales where she has developed expertise in business development and negotiations of complex transactions. She is well versed in all areas of commercial real estate and is extremely passionate in commercial investment acquisitions and dispositions. Julie has developed a sizable portfolio of investors who have partnered on the funding of large, sophisticated commercial transactions. She has become the go-to source for her clients, providing real estate advisory solutions in both properties and funding in the Central Ohio market.

Julie’s most recent position as the Commercial Director and Broker for a nationally recognized firm, Howard Hanna Realcom Realty, has served her well as she has become a respected leader in commercial and residential real estate in the Central Ohio market. Her transaction experience ranges from large multi-unit housing complexes to general and medical offices, retail, industrial, consulting and land development. Julie is well known in the commercial industry for her exceptional client relations and transaction management experience. She possesses the extensive knowledge, understanding and experience necessary to oversee all facets of the real estate transaction from start to finish.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Licensed Notary in the State of Ohio. Julie lives in Worthington, Ohio with her husband, Chris, and their two children, Emma and Elliot.
