Julie Kemp is the founder, President and Principal Broker of Capital Investments Realty. She launched her brokerage after 18 years in the real estate industry. Julie brings to her company a diverse background in both commercial and residential real estate, along with an in-depth knowledge of title insurance.

Julie is a multi-skilled professional with more than 22 years in sales where she has developed expertise in business development and negotiations of complex transactions. She is well versed in all areas of commercial real estate and is extremely passionate in commercial investment acquisitions and dispositions. Julie has developed a sizable portfolio of investors who have partnered on the funding of large, sophisticated commercial transactions. She has become the go-to source for her clients, providing real estate advisory solutions in both properties and funding in the Central Ohio market.

Matt Dixon joined Capital Investment Realty in 2021 and has been a licensed sales agent since 2014.  Specializing in investment sales and office brokerage, Matt represents investors in the acquisition and disposition of investment assets as well as representing occupiers in leasing office, medical and industrial space.  Matt is also a licensed attorney in the State of Ohio since 2002 and draws upon his extensive legal background to assist clients with understanding their rights and liabilities throughout the sales and/or leasing process.  Matt also provides invaluable advice and guidance to his clients in development transaction.

Matt’s clients range from fast-growing startups to regional and national firms. He has successfully completed projects ranging from 1,000 SF to 100,000 SF for clients such as Lane Aviation, Nippon Life Insurance Company, Ohio State Highway Patrol, Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Spectrum Retirement Communities, Northwest Title Family of Companies and Chesapeake Realty among others.
